Exterior painting
All residential house painting, the perimeter of the house will be trenched six to eight inches. The exterior is pressure washed with a 4,000 PSI Commercial pressure washer. All loose paint is scraped or sanded. All windows will be caulked, and cracks will be filled. After all light fixtures and windows are protected with tape and plastic, then a sealer will be applied followed by paint. All stucco is sprayed and back rolled to guarantee full coverage using high quality Sherwin Williams Paint.
Interior painting
When preparing for residential house painting and commercial painting all furniture will be protected with painters' plastic and floors with drop cloths. All outlet covers, nails, and screws will be removed. Holes will be repaired with spackle or caulking. All doors and woodwork will be wiped down with a deglosser in preparation for painting. Commerical painting
All commercial painting & residential house painting projects will be completed in specified order and detail stated in each individual contract. Warranties will be honored, and work will be inspected.
